Ms. Moore is a native of Pawley’s Island, South Carolina and is the senior partner of Moore, Johnson & Saraniti Law Firm, P.A. After graduating with her bachelor's degree, Ms. Moore worked for a short time as a paralegal for a large law firm in Jacksonville, Florida before deciding to return to school to receive her law degree. After working for a firm for 15 years, 10 of which as partner, she left in 2002 to start her own firm, Moore, Johnson & Saraniti Law Firm, P.A.

Ms. Moore's practice focuses on all areas of domestic and family law, estate planning and probate administration. She also, however, handles a wide variety of other types of litigation. Ms. Moore is an experienced trial attorney who has been on both sides of personal injury cases.  Having worked as an insurance defense attorney for 10 years, Ms. Moore has unique insight into the valuation and presentation of personal injury cases for the injured claimant/plaintiff. Ms. Moore is also a Certified Family Court Mediator.

Ms. Moore has always been heavily involved in the community, having served as a Girl Scout Troop leader, coached the Socastee High School Volleyball Team for 14 years, served on the Horry County Development Board (now known as Partners) for 5 years and served on the Board and Advisory Board for the Waccamaw Youth Center, Inc. since its inception in the late 1980’s.  She is currently an assistant Girl Scout Troop Leader and is an avid international traveler, most recently having traveled extensively in Uganda and Tanzania.

Ms. Moore has also been an adjunct professor for the paralegal program at Horry Georgetown Technical College and speaks at programs for Continuing Legal Education (CLE). Ms. Moore served on the Probate Court Advisory Board and as co-chairman for the committee to elect and re-elect Judge Deirdre Edmonds, who is currently the Judge of the Horry County Probate Court.

SARAH A.  JOHNSON

Mrs. Johnson was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana.  After graduating from the University of Illinois, Mrs. Johnson moved to New York City, where she worked in the import/export business for several years before attending law school.

Mrs. Johnson moved to the Grand Strand area in 1997 and joined the Bellamy, Rutenberg, Copeland, Epps, Gravely & Bowers, P.A. Law Firm. She practiced with the firm until 2002 when she and Lee Moore started their own law firm.  Mrs. Johnson’s main area of focus is real estate law.

Mrs. Johnson’s many years of experience in the business world combined with her real estate background provide for a unique perspective in the area of real estate law. Mrs. Johnson handles residential and commercial real estate closings for buyers and sellers, and also prepares public offering statements and HUD filings for new developments. Mrs. Johnson handles closings in both North and South Carolina.

Ms. Saraniti was born in Cleveland, Ohio.  After graduation from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, she moved to Myrtle Beach in 1998.   Ms. Saraniti joined Moore, Johnson & Saraniti as a partner in 2004 after practicing on the north end of the beach for five years.

Ms. Hoagland is a native of Surfside Beach, South Carolina.  She graduated from Socastee High School in 2001 and then attended the University of South Carolina; where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and Minor in History. She worked for the South Carolina State Senate where she obtained an education in politics. Following her undergraduate years she attended the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts.  While in law school she worked at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in the public charities division.  She was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2009. Upon graduation she returned to her hometown to work as an associate for Moore, Johnson & Saraniti Law Firm, P.A.
